Paulo Fradinho

Paulo Fradinho has extensive work experience starting in 1996 as a Product Manager at Tranquilidade S.A. In 2001, they joined Mercer, where they held roles as a Senior Associate/Client Manager and later as a Partner. From 2022 to 2023, they worked at Mercer Portugal as a Digital Leader before joining Coverflex in 2023 as Head of Insurance/Business Development.

Paulo Fradinho completed their college education with a degree in Economics from ISEG - Universidade Técnica de Lisboa in the years 1991-1996. Later, in the years 2004-2006, they pursued an Executive MBA, specializing in Leadership and Management, from AESE / IESE - Universidad de Navarra.
