Josselin Leiva began their career in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative for National Insurance Solutions, Inc., where they managed high volume calls and confidently communicated to assist with any questions regarding coverage. In 2014, they moved to Fortuna General Insurance Agency as a Commercial Insurance Underwriter, where they underwrote new business and renewal policies and evaluated the possibility of loss and degree of financial risk associated with each application. In 2016, they joined CoverHound as Vice President of Customer Service, then assumed the role of Director of Quality Control, and finally Quality Control Manager.

Josselin Leiva obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2018, with a focus in Business Administration and Management. Josselin also obtained a Fire and Casualty Insurance certification in July 2010, as well as a SM-18 (Supervisory Management) certification from The Institutes.
