Adrienne Woodard

Adrienne Woodard serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Covestro since July 2021. Prior to this role, Adrienne spent nearly 20 years at FedEx Ground, ascending through various managerial positions focused on diversity, inclusion, and employee experience. Key contributions included leading initiatives that enhanced talent acquisition and development programs, fostering employee engagement, and developing a collaborative diversity strategy recognized nationally. Adrienne's career began in human resources and recruitment, where substantial improvements in staffing and turnover metrics were achieved. Adrienne holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
