David Lahr

David Lahr has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. David started their career at Monsanto Company as a Process/Quality Engineer and later became a Technical Service Engineer. During their time at Monsanto, David provided field engineering support and played a key role in optimizing processes and building strong relationships with customers.

David then joined SOLUTIA INC where they held various leadership roles. As the Senior Process Engineer, they contributed to a significant expansion project. David later became the Engineering Manager, responsible for implementing process optimization projects and managing the engineering team. David was then promoted to Manufacturing Business Unit Leader, where they focused on increasing department flexibility and coordination.

Following SOLUTIA, David worked at Solutia as the Saflex/Maintenance Business Unit Leader, directing operations and improving labor relations. David was also the Plant Manager, overseeing a large manufacturing site and ensuring operations met business commitments.
