Dr. Stephan Haus

Dr. Stephan Haus serves as the Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at Covestro since 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Haus was the Managing Director of Human Capital Management Consulting from 2016 to 2017, and held the position of Senior Vice President Global Human Resources at Deutsche Telekom AG from 2009 to 2016. Additional experience includes a role as Member of the Board of Directors Germany at EMC from 2007 to 2009, and serving as VP of Business Consulting Europe at SAP from 2003 to 2007. Dr. Haus also worked as an Associate Partner at CRM Group Europe from 2001 to 2003, and held positions at Lufthansa from 1994 to 2001, including VP of Product & Services and Controlling-Manager. Dr. Haus's educational background includes studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, The University of Bonn, and WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
