Brian Mokoro

Brian Mokoro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brian is currently the Vice President of Strategy and Development at Covetrus, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Finance at Mina Foundation from February 2022 to May 2023, and as the Business Operations Lead from August 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Mina Foundation, Brian worked at Helios Investment Partners, where they held the position of Vice President from September 2018 to June 2020. Brian also served as an Investment Associate at the same company from September 2015 to September 2016.

Brian's earlier experiences include working as an Associate in Business Development and Corporate Strategy at Clear Channel Media Holdings from August 2013 to June 2015, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan from June 2011 to June 2013. Brian started their career as a Mathematics Teacher at Teach For America from June 2009 to June 2011. Brian Mokoro completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Public Policy at Duke University from 2004 to 2009. Brian later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Stanford University Graduate School of Business from 2016 to 2018. In addition, Brian has obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 79.
