Michelle Fahey

Michelle Fahey has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. Michelle is currently working as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Covetrus. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at NeoGenomics Laboratories, where they led and developed the finance organization and created a 5-year financial plan aligned with strategic objectives. Before NeoGenomics, Michelle worked at Quest Diagnostics as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Michelle also held senior finance positions at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Johnson & Johnson, and Lucent Technologies. At Johnson & Johnson, Michelle served as the Senior Director of Finance, Finance Director, Plant Controller, and Finance Manager. Michelle started their career at Lucent Technologies in the Financial Leadership Development Program and later became a Manager of Finance.

Michelle Fahey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Duke University from 1991 to 1995. Michelle then pursued a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.
