With experience in companies like Covia and Owens Corning, Adam has held roles such as Manager for Technical Sales/Services, Global Escalation & Regional Glass Batch Leader, Sr. Scientist for Glass & Raw Materials, and Sr. Process Engineer for Roofing & Asphalt Innovation. Prior to these roles, Adam also worked at companies like Shell, Ferro Corporation, and Corning Incorporated, where Adam gained experience in technical service engineering, R&D process engineering, and ceramic firing engineering.
