Kelley Kerns

Kelley Kerns has an extensive work experience history in various leadership and managerial roles in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Kelley currently serves as the Director of New Business Development at HA International, LLC since 2019. Prior to this, they held positions at Covia and Fairmount Santrol where they had roles such as Director of Sales Industrial Markets, Sr. Director of Global Manufacturing Operations, and Sr. Director of North American Resin/Self Suspended Proppants Coating Operations. Kelley also worked at Ashland as a Product Manager and at John Deere as a Jobbing Floor Supervisor in the Foundry division. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in business development, sales, manufacturing operations, and product management. Additionally, they hold patents and trademarks related to their product development work.

Kelley Kerns holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, which was acquired between 2013 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology from the University of Northern Iowa, graduating in 1992.
