Mike Pace

Mike Pace has a strong background in engineering and construction management. Mike started their career in 1982 as a Civil Engineer Corps in the US Navy and served until 1993. Mike then worked as a Project Manager at Layton Construction from 1993 to 1995. After that, they joined Mine and Mill Engineering as a Construction Manager until 1997. Mike then joined Unimin Corporation, where they worked as a Chief Engineer from 1997 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Covia as a Chief Engineer since 2018.

Mike Pace completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University in 1983. Mike later pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Construction Engineering from Penn State University, which they completed in 1989.
