Reid Gronski

Reid Gronski has over 20 years of work experience, with a strong background in operations management. Reid is currently the Director of Operations at Covia since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Operations - Regional General Manager at Covia Corporation (formerly Unimin Corporation) from September 2017 to March 2023. Before joining Covia, Reid worked at Unimin Corporation (a member of the Sibelco Group) for over 15 years, where they held various roles including Operations - GM Maintenance Excellence, Operations Business Process Owner, Regional General Manager, Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, Maintenance Supervisor, Purchasing Supervisor, Quality Control & Safety Supervisor, and Lab Technician. Reid also has experience as a Lab Technician Temp at Lab Temps Inc and as a Summer Site Operator at the Illinois Department of Natural Resources.

Reid Gronski obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Cornell College from 1998 to 2001.
