Erin L.w. Owusu

Erin L.W. Owusu has extensive experience in clinical operations and project management within the pharmaceutical and medical sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Covis Pharma since August 2021, Erin leads clinical activities for various projects, overseeing timelines, budgets, and vendor management, while contributing to strategic trial design and protocol writing. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager and Clinical Team Leader at WuXi Clinical, where Erin managed Phase III/IV trials and ensured compliance with Good Clinical Practices. Earlier experience at Zimmer Biomet involved managing clinical trials from development through monitoring, and Erin also contributed to external research program management and biomechanical engineering consulting at Exponent. Erin holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and Engineering Science & Mechanics from Virginia Tech.
