Benjamin Yeo started their work experience in 2015 as an HR Assistant at PAP Community Foundation, where they compiled staff profiles, completed data entry, and audited travel and work documents. In 2015, they also started working as a Senior Cabin Attendant at Japan Airlines, where they graduated with distinction from JAL's Flight Attendant Class, received multiple awards for their exceptional work performance and customer service.
