Felix Leupold has worked in a variety of roles in the technology industry since 2010. Felix began their career as a Research Assistant at the Hasso-Plattner-Institute, where they developed a Rails application for collaborative RFID risk management at Daimler and implemented dynamic class loading in Java for a web-based collaborative intrusion detection system. In 2011, they were an Intern at SAP, where they prepared keynotes and developed an iOS medical patient data application. In 2012, they returned to the Hasso-Plattner-Institute as a Research Assistant and implemented a dynamic object aware cache for SAP HANA using Python. In 2014, they were a Software Engineering Intern at Google, where they worked on Android Development for OneToady and built a project gallery to give users a delightful way to browse through projects they have donated to and see their impact. Felix was also a Software Engineering Intern at Facebook, where they implemented encryption for messages and contacts when stored on the device, suggested and implemented an easy way of scrolling to the oldest unread message in a conversation, and worked on the current release which focused on group messaging. In 2015, they were a Software Engineer at Facebook. In 2018, they became the Technical Lead for DEX Products at Gnosis. Currently, they are a Technical Co-Founder at CoW Protocol.
Felix Leupold attained a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the Hasso Plattner Institute between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the same institution between 2008 and 2011.
