Matthieu Chan Tsin

Matthieu Chan Tsin, Ph.D., serves as the Director of Threat Intelligence at Cowbell since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in cyber threat intelligence from previous roles, including AVP I Cyber Threat Intelligence at AIG and Senior Officer & Leader I Analysis and Operations with the United States Federal Government. Prior to specializing in cybersecurity, Matthieu held a tenured professor and academic program director position at Coastal Carolina University, where leadership was provided to the Department of Communication, Languages and Cultures. Educational background includes a Ph.D. from Purdue University and multiple non-degree courses in management from Coastal Carolina University, complemented by master's degrees and licenses from University of Caen.
