Sahar Sabouni

Sahar Sabouni is a Chief People Officer and Head of Employee Success at Cowbell, where Sahar built the People Ops infrastructure for a leading cyber insurance provider. Sahar also held leadership roles at Nexxiot, Mondelēz International, and other companies, focusing on HR and operations. Sahar obtained an MBA in Innovation Leadership & Consulting from York St. John University and holds coaching certificates in Foods, Nutrition, and Wellness Studies. In their spare time, Sahar volunteered as an English teacher in Peru and completed various personal development workshops.
