Jennifer Nielsen

Jennifer Nielsen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jennifer started their career in 1998 as a Tour Operations Supervisor at Elvis Presley Enterprises, where they supervised daily operations and staff. From 2003 to 2007, Jennifer worked at Keepers Inc. as the Managing Director - Operations and Sales, where they oversaw branch management, employee training, and sales and marketing. In 2007, they joined The Premier Companies as part of the Human Resources department, handling various HR functions. Since 2008, Jennifer has been associated with CoWorx Staffing Services, starting as a Branch Manager and progressing to roles such as Senior Branch, Area Manager, and currently Area Director of Sales & Operations. In their current position, they are responsible for managing multiple branch locations and leading a team of branch managers, account managers, and recruiters. Jennifer has expertise in operations management, sales, recruiting, employee development, and strategic performance management.

Jennifer Nielsen attended Parkland College from 1994 to 1996, where they earned an Associates degree in General studies. Following this, they pursued further education at Illinois State University from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations.
