Shreshtha Mukherjee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management and operational roles within the hospitality and coworking sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Executive - Experience at COWRKS since May 2024, Shreshtha previously held the position of Community Manager - Operations at 91springboard from April 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included hub tours, member onboarding, grievance handling, and revenue forecasting.
