Irtaza Barlas

Irtaza Barlas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science and technology leadership. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Cox Communications since November 2022, Irtaza has also been the Principal Cofounder and CTO of Gramarye Media, Inc. since May 2012. Additionally, Irtaza worked as a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow from October 2019 to September 2022. Previous roles include consultant and CTO at Jar House, technical advisor and data scientist/CTO at Digital Harvest, advisor at Ubuntoo, and director positions at AdvancedMD and Nuesoft Technologies. Irtaza's engineering expertise is supported by a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and advanced degrees from California State University-Sacramento and University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
