Karen Bass

Karen Bass, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in telecom and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technology Manager at Cox Communications since 2018, Karen has also held the role of Technology Manager for Delivery Enablement. Previously, Karen worked at Vodafone as a Service Operations Manager from June 2015 to June 2017. Additionally, a substantial tenure at AT&T from August 2000 to May 2015 included positions such as Senior Project Manager for Technical Process & Quality and various roles in network management and support. Karen holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
