Sharon Franklin

Sharon Franklin has an extensive career in talent solutions and leadership development, currently serving in that capacity at Cox Communications since May 2004, where a strong commitment to development and learning solutions is evident. Previously, Sharon held various leadership roles in inclusion, development, and culture, as well as managing Leadership Development Programs and serving as a Training Manager at Cox Communications. Prior experience includes roles as a Product Specialist at Invensys and Action Instruments from 1996 to 2003. Sharon Franklin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida.
