Prior to this, Kerry worked at Analog Devices as the VP of Global Talent, where they played a crucial role in driving the HR impact for the multinational company. Before Analog Devices, Kerry was the SVP and Chief People Officer at Harvey Building Products, where their focus was on talent management and operational excellence. Kerry also held the position of VP of Human Resources at Thermo Fisher Scientific, supporting global enterprise functions. Additionally, Kerry held leadership roles at Deloitte, where they were responsible for strategic talent initiatives and managing human capital consulting projects. Earlier in their career, Kerry worked as a Project Manager and Operations Manager at Trip.com.
Kerry Field holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and International Business from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Additionally, Kerry participated in the Enterprise Leaders Program at the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2020 to 2021. Prior to these achievements, Kerry obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Neuroscience, magna cum laude, from Hamilton College. Alongside Kerry's formal education, they have acquired several certifications including "Unleashing the Potential of Women" from McKinsey & Company in June 2020, "Prediction Index Practitioner" from The Predictive Index in March 2019, and "Certified Professional Coach" from iPEC Coaching in 2014.
