Neil Campbell is the current Vice President of Employee Experience Transformation at Cox Enterprises. Prior to this role, Neil served as the Vice President of Finance for Cox Automotive Inc. from November 2017 to September 2018. Neil then served as the Vice President of Sales Operations for Cox Automotive Inc. from December 2016 to November 2017. In October 2018, Neil returned to Cox Enterprises as the Vice President of Employee Experience Transformation, a role they held until February 2020. From August 2012 to December 2016, Neil served as the Vice President of Finance for Cox Enterprises. Prior to joining Cox Enterprises, Neil was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Americold Logistics, LLC. from September 2008 to August 2012. Neil also served as the Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy for The Home Depot from March 2006 to September 2008. Neil began their career as a Practice Manager for CEB (now Gartner) from September 2001 to March 2006. Neil then co-founded GreenDex in April 2000, serving as the company's Vice President of Business Development until May 2001. Neil also interned in corporate development at Dell Computer from May 1999 to August 1999 while pursuing their MBA.

Neil Campbell graduated from Langley High School and then went on to study at James Madison University, where they earned their BBA. After working for a few years, they decided to further their education and obtained their MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Their manager is Jill Campbell, President & Chief People & Operations Officer. Neil Campbell works with Mark Leuenberger - VP, Supply Chain & Enterprise Fleet, Cody Partin - SVP, Enterprise Security and Corporate Services, and Mark Dawson - VP, IT Business Solutions.
