Ray Griffin

Ray Griffin has extensive work experience in the field of information security and cybersecurity. Ray started their career in Sungard Availability Services as an Enterprise Architect, where they worked on system/network administration, business continuity, and security. From 2006 to 2015, Ray held various management roles at Equifax, including Global Director of Information Security. Ray built security programs for multiple business units and achieved ISO and PCI-DSS compliance. From 2015 to 2017, Ray served as the Global Sr Director of Information Security and Compliance at Equifax, where they provided consulting on security operations, data privacy, and incident response. Following the 2017 security breach, Ray became the Sr Director of Global Security Transformation and led a $200M global security transformation project. In 2019, they worked as a Cybersecurity Advisor/Consultant at RGP before joining Cox Media Group as the CISO and Head of Information Security. Ray condensed the security roadmap and improved the company's security maturity level. Ray also served as an Executive Council Member of the Diversity and Inclusion Team at Cox Media Group.
