Tracy Freeman

Tracy Freeman is an experienced legal professional serving as the Managing Partner at Cox P.L.L.C. since May 2021, with a prior role as Partner at Wilson Elser from November 2015 to May 2021, where representation included a variety of civil lawsuits and membership in the National Trial Team. Tracy's extensive background in civil litigation includes positions as Partner at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, Attorney at Blank Rome LLP, and multiple roles at BELL, RYNIKER & LETOURNEAU and Donato Minx Brown & Pool, specializing in maritime law, insurance defense, and various civil litigation cases. Tracy began a legal career as an Attorney at Phillips & Akers and Heard & Medack, and holds a law degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
