Osama Ghandour

Osama Ghandour, M.Eng, PMI-RMP, PMP, is an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager at Coxabengoa, specializing in large-scale projects in energy, water, and infrastructure since January 2017. With a strong background in business development, Ghandour has led significant projects such as the EPC 600MLD SWRO Jubail 3A and EPC 600MLD SWRO Rabigh in Saudi Arabia, successfully managing negotiations and collaborations with various partners. Prior to Coxabengoa, Ghandour served in executive roles at AL ABDALY GROUP and Amana Contracting & Steel Buildings, overseeing key projects and developing strategic sales initiatives. Ghandour holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Beirut Arab University and has previously worked in positions that enhanced expertise in project management and client relations.
