Luis Kristhanin, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Luis started their career in 1989 at AIA as an Assistant Senior District Manager and worked there until 1994. From 1995 to 1996, they served as a Product Manager at Alfex (Thailand) before joining Mercedes-Benz (Thailand) Ltd. as a Marketing Communications & AMG Manager from 1996 to 2002. In 2002, they joined APM Group (now SEAC) as a Senior Manager in Human Capital & Organization Development Consulting until 2005. Luis then moved to Assumption University in 2004 as a Director for Graduate Studies in Organization Development & Management, a position they held until 2010. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Aon Hewitt Asia, initially as the Thailand Leader for Leadership Practice and later as the Head of APAC Leadership Development Consulting. In 2015, they joined CP ALL Plc as the Assistant Chief Executive Officer and in 2019, they became the Assistant Chairman of the Executive Committee. Additionally, in 2021, they took on the role of Vice President - Strategy and Organization Development at Panyapiwat Institute of Management. Luis has also served as a Board Member for UN Global Compact Network in Thailand since 2019.
Luis Kristhanin, Ph.D., has a diverse education history. Luis completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Communication from Ohio University in the years 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they earned an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management & Organization Development from Teachers College, Columbia University.
Luis also obtained an Executive Coach Certification from the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute at the University of California, Berkeley. Further, they hold a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Chulalongkorn University.
Luis Kristhanin also pursued studies at Assumption University where they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer and Engineering Management. Luis had previously earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution. Prior to that, they attended Assumption Commercial College where they studied Business/Commerce, General.
Lastly, they completed their high school education at Assumption College.
