Anderson Almeida

Anderson Almeida is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the chemical and production sectors. Currently serving as Plant Manager and formerly as Senior Process Engineer at CP Kelco since August 2014, Anderson has demonstrated expertise in project expansion, equipment engineering, negotiation, project management, personnel training, mechanical installations, and automation. Prior roles include Production Manager at Gelnex Gelatin and Industrial Manager at GELITA, where responsibilities encompassed process management and international coordination. Anderson holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Maringá and two MBA degrees in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and in Strategic Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
