Jungmin Kim

Jungmin Kim is a skilled professional in the field of material science and rheology, currently serving as the Manager of Global Analytical & Methods Research at CP Kelco since April 2020. Responsibilities include orchestrating technical investigations on material characterization and troubleshooting, as well as coordinating operations between teams in Denmark and Atlanta. Previous roles include Manager of Fundamental Science at CP Kelco, Principal Rheologist at Ingredion Incorporated, and Senior R&D Scientist at PepsiCo, where contributions involved developing innovative solutions and enhancing understanding of structure-function relationships.
