Eileen Chang

Eileen Chang has a wealth of experience in sales operations, beginning in 2001 when they were a Sales Operations Manager for Redback Networks (acquired by Ericsson). In 2004, they were a Sales Ops Manager for UPEK (acquired by Apple), where they set up Sales Operations worldwide support and represented Sales Operations in the implementation of an ERP system. In 2005, they were a Senior OEM Sales Ops Rep at Sandisk, where they provided high quality operational support to Sales and high profile key accounts. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Senior Account Operations Manager at Cascade Promotion Corporation, creating and implementing sales processes to support marketing promotions. From 2011 to 2015, they were a Sales Ops Lead at VSS Monitoring, and in 2015 they were a Sales Operations Manager at NETSCOUT, VSS Monitoring. From 2017 to 2021, they were a Product Operations Analyst and an Inside Sales Representative at NETSCOUT, and in 2021 they became a Sales Operations Manager at cPacket Networks.

Eileen Chang earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
