Karuna Ramachandran

Health Programs Director at Center for Pan Asian Community Services

Karuna Ramachandran's work experience includes serving as Deputy Director at Asian Americans Advancing Justice - Atlanta (formerly AALAC) since February 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Health Programs Director at Center for Pan Asian Community Services starting in August 2011. In this position, they directed the implementation and evaluation of various health programs, managed external partnerships, and handled budget implementation. Karuna also worked as a Project Manager at the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development from October 2008 to January 2011. In this role, they created professional development training, developed an internship program, and assisted in the management of the Summer Youth Employment Program.

Karuna Ramachandran pursued a Master's Degree in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College at Columbia University. Karuna studied at the university for two years, from 2004 to 2006.
