Sophie Grenier

Sophie Grenier is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the human resources sector. Currently serving as a Chargée de recrutement at CPAS Charleroi since August 2011, Sophie contributes to the organization's mission to uphold human dignity through various social services. Prior to this role, Sophie worked as a Sourcing Consultant for GlaxoSmithKline Biologicals, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and enhancing corporate branding within the pharmaceutical sector. Additional experience includes a position as a Research Associate at habeas, focusing on recruitment campaigns and sourcing networks, as well as an Account Assistant in R&D at Educam. Sophie holds two master’s degrees from Université catholique de Louvain, one in Multilingual Business Communication and another in Dutch and English Literature and Linguistics.
