Juan Carlos Diaz-Padron is currently the National President at LAAIA - Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies. Juan Carlos is also the Vice President at GIC Underwriters, Inc., where Juan Carlos holds the position of Director of Underwriting. Additionally, Juan Carlos serves as the Director of E&S and Workers' Compensation Operations, as well as an Excess and Surplus Lines Underwriter at City of Coral Gables. Juan has a strong background in the insurance industry and holds degrees in Risk Management/Insurance and Political Science/Government. Juan Carlos has also held various leadership positions within the insurance community, including roles at The Institutes CPCU Society and Granada Insurance Company.
