Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance assistance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Previous experience includes working as a nutritionist in a private practice from 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics for nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017.
