Martin Ridley

Martin Ridley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Martin currently works for CDP as the Global Director of Technology & Operations. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Consultant at Charles Marcus Consulting.

Martin also has extensive experience at Thames Water, where they held various roles. As the Customer Experience CIO and Transformation Programme Director, they played a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of Thames Water to improve customer experience and overall outcomes. Martin was responsible for shaping and delivering the customer transformation and handling stakeholder relationships. Martin also served as a Programme Director, leading technology and information change initiatives within the customer domain.

Earlier in their career, Martin worked at Accenture as a Manager, primarily focusing on large SAP programs in project management and design areas for clients such as EDF, BG Group, and Centrica.

Before transitioning into the corporate world, Martin had a successful career as a professional rugby player, representing Ebbw Vale RFC and Exeter Chiefs.

Martin Ridley attended Lumen Christi College from 1990 to 1994. Martin then pursued their higher education at The University of Western Australia from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Geology and Engineering.
