Nicole Hardiman

Nicole Hardiman has a Ph.D. in Conservation Biology from the University of Cincinnati and a B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of Arkansas. Nicole has a diverse work experience, ranging from being a Business Analyst at Procter and Gamble to serving as the Executive Director of the Illinois River Watershed Partnership. Their roles have included leading non-profit organizations, conducting research in various sectors, and supporting data analysis needs for different businesses. Nicole currently serves as the Nature Standards Lead at CDP, where Nicole is responsible for coordinating analysis and insights of nature-focused standards and frameworks.
