Minghui Xue (Howard)

Howard Xue, also known as Minghui Xue, has a varied work experience spanning different roles and industries. Starting in 2011, they worked at BDO China as a Consultant and Project Team leader, where they provided internal control and risk management consulting services to public and state-owned companies. Minghui(Howard) was quickly promoted to a field team leader within 6 months. In 2015, they joined Heidrick & Struggles as an Associate in the Global Technology & Service Practice, executing executive search assignments in the technology sector. Minghui(Howard) then moved to TAL Education Group in 2017, where they served as the Executive Talent Acquisition Lead, focusing on leadership hiring. Currently, since 2018, they are the HR Manager at CPE, and has recently been promoted to HR Vice President. Overall, Howard Xue's work experience demonstrates their expertise in HR management, talent acquisition, and consulting.

Minghui (Howard) Xue obtained a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics from Zhejiang University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, they participated in an Exchange Program at UCLA, focusing on Economics. Later, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Management and Organizational Analysis at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School.
