Gustavo Pinto Gachineiro

Gustavo Pinto Gachineiro is the VP of Legal & Institutional Relations at CPFL Energia. Gustavo has over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, having served in various legal and regulatory affairs roles. Prior to joining CPFL Energia, they were the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Telefônica Brasil, where they were responsible for Regulatory Affairs, Institutional Affairs, Corporate Communication, and Fundação Telefónica. Gustavo has also served as the Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs Areas at GVT and as the Legal Director at AT&T.

Gustavo Pinto Gachineiro started their educational career in December 1993 when they completed their law degree at Universidade de São Paulo. Gustavo then went on to study finance at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and received their MBA in finance.
