Noelle Formosa

Noelle Formosa is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in energy policy and regulatory matters. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Pacific Gas and Electric Company since April 2018, Noelle represents the company in proceedings before key regulatory bodies and advises on renewable energy transactions and regulatory issues. Prior to this role, Noelle served as an Energy Senior Associate Attorney at Reed Smith LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, project development, and financing for renewable energy projects. Noelle also held the position of Senior Counsel at Borrego Solar Systems, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating agreements and managing project finance transactions.
