Renato Povia

Renato Povia has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Renato started their career as a Consultant at Roland Berger in 2009 and worked there until 2011. Then, they joined CPFL Energia and held multiple positions throughout their tenure. Renato started as a Communication Specialist in 2011 and transitioned to the role of Strategic Planning Manager in 2014. In 2017, they became an Innovation Manager and later advanced to the position of Strategy and Innovation Director in 2020. Most recently, in 2023, they assumed the role of HR Director at CPFL Energia.

Renato Povia attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2019, where they completed a program in Managing Teams for Innovation and Success. In 2012 to 2013, they specialized in Strategic Innovation at HSM University. From 2004 to 2009, Renato studied Economic Sciences at Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "FROM IDEAS TO ACTION" from IDEO, although the specific month and year are unknown.
