Saqib M. Ashraf has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Saqib M. began their career in 2009 as a Web Designer and Website Architect at The Wide Sky Web Company, where they specialized in building user-friendly and efficient websites.

In 2010, Saqib worked as a Marketing Specialist at Ashley Deadwyler-Jones State Farm Insurance Agency, where they were responsible for planning and executing outreach events to increase agency influence and customer knowledge.

Saqib M. then interned as a Process Engineer at Imperial Sugar Company in 2012, where they completed an optimization study and provided tangible recommendations for improvements to the filtration process.

From 2013 to 2018, Saqib worked at Carrier Corporation, starting as an Inside Sales Engineer and later becoming a Technical Sales Engineer. In these roles, they managed bid preparation and project coordination, while also expanding the customer base and market share in the greater Baltimore and Maryland markets.

In 2018, Saqib joined CPG as a Senior Sales Consultant, specializing in the cooling portion of Data Center and Mission Critical applications in the Greater Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Saqib M. then progressed to become the Director of Special Projects, overseeing project financials, risk management, and client relations during the pre-construction phase. Later, they became the Director of Procurement and Vendor Strategy, where they developed strategic relationships with vendors and subcontractors and reviewed proposals to improve pricing strategies and the vendor review process. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Solutions Architecture at CPG, leading bid strategy and working closely with the preconstruction team to develop custom solutions for customers. Saqib M. collaborates with various teams within CPG and external stakeholders to ensure optimal product configurations, cost efficiency, and safety in the installation process.

Saqib M. Ashraf completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering at the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Finance at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained a LEED Green Associate certification from the USGBC in October 2013.
