Claire Wicks

Claire Wicks has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Claire currently works as the People Director at CPM UK since February 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of People for the UK&I region at Mothercare from June 2018 to January 2020. Claire also worked as the HR Director for Costa Express, where they played a key role in the company's expansion and transformation from September 2015 to May 2018. Before that, they held multiple HR leadership positions at British Gas, including Head of HR for Customer Journeys, Change and Commercial, Head of HR for Customer Insight, Customer Experience & Change, and Head of HR for Smart Homes, Technology & Innovation. Claire also worked as an HR Project Manager at British Gas Business and held various HR roles at Centrica Energy, Ladbrokes Ltd, and Xerox.

From 1996 to 2000, they attended Aston University and studied Bsc Psychology and Management, earning their Bachelor's degree.

From 2002 to 2004, they pursued their Master's degree in Personnel and Development at the University of Westminster.

In 2017 and 2018, Claire enrolled in the Academy of Executive Coaching, where they obtained a Diploma in Executive Business Coaching Expertise.
