Edwin Gonzalez

“Just keep moving forward” is the professional belief that has led Edwin Gonzalez on a path of success, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Physics from UC Davis, Master’s in Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego University, and Engineer-In-Training (EIT) from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. A member of the Engineering team, Edwin began in the energy industry while working on his master’s thesis at San Diego State. He programmed a thermal energy storage system using partial differential heat transfer equations for a concentrated solar power plant model. After graduation, Edwin joined a seed stage startup with ambitions to develop a PV panel cooling system with thermal energy storage.
