Jim Rybarczyk

Jim Rybarczyk is an experienced account manager with a strong background in energy management and marketing. Currently serving as an Account Manager at CPower Energy Management since May 2016, Rybarczyk specializes in enrolling clients in revenue-generating programs that optimize energy consumption. Previous experience includes roles at Johnson Controls, where Rybarczyk implemented demand response strategies for Fortune 100 companies across various sectors, and at Dex One Media, where Rybarczyk developed marketing strategies for small to medium-sized businesses. Rybarczyk has also held management positions at Enterprise Rent a Car, overseeing employee development and customer service. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and History from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and History from Western Illinois University.
