Mike Abramson

Mike joined the CPower team in 2018 as SVP of Financing and Operational Analytics, where he is focused on optimizing the Company’s capital structure and driving operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining CPower, Mike was a Senior Vice President in Houlihan Lokey’s Capital Markets Group, where he closed numerous financings for private equity-owned and entrepreneur-owned companies across multiple industries. Mike received an MBA in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan Business School.
