Kurt Strobel

Kurt Strobel is currently the Principal at CPP Wind. Prior to this, they were the Director of Structural Services at CPP Wind Engineering Consultants from November 2007 to October 2015. There, they were responsible for dynamic analysis of structural response due to wind excitation, analytical and physical design of supplementary damping systems, aerodynamic and aeroelastic modeling, and project management. Before CPP Wind Engineering Consultants, Kurt Strobel was with Advanced Energy from November 1997 to November 2007 as Sr Engineering Manager. There they managed programs and teams, designed, analyzed and tested both air and water-cooled electronic components and systems, and did finite element analysis and CFD.

Kurt Strobel graduated with a BA in Physics from Middlebury College and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.

They are on a team with Matt Glanville - VP of Business Development, Sydney Operations, Jared Ritter - Engineering Manager, Air Quality Group, and John Carter - VP, Building Exhaust Services. Kurt Strobel reports to Oliver Napp, CEO.
