Julie Gies

Julie Gies has worked as the HR Director at CPT Network Solutions since 2012. In this role, they are responsible for various HR tasks such as benefits, recruitment, employee policies, and team building. Julie also works with managers and the owner to develop best practices, recognition programs, performance reviews, and compensation plans to enhance employee retention. Prior to their current position, Julie worked as a Volunteer Coordinator at Aspire of Illinois from 2008 to 2012 and at Community Support Services, Inc. in Brookfield, IL from 2005 to 2008.

Julie Gies holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University.
