who we need…

We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager with a Life Science translation management background who will be responsible for overseeing a complex localization program for a global pharmaceutical company.

You will have exemplary senior-level relationship management and client-facing skills. Additionally, you will have deep understanding of the translation life cycle from the production process, quality management, finance, and sales team management.

This position is 100% remote. The shift available is based on an EST schedule.

what we need you to do…

  • Identify opportunity for accelerated growth, and strategic account planning and maintain a high level of quality service

  • Manage production and sales management team to ensure client requirements are met and to drive mutual success of the program

  • Facilitate direct communication between all stakeholders, internal and external

  • Maintain a high-level understanding of the translation and regulatory needs of life science clients

  • Organize and lead cross functional team meetings to drive efficiencies and create best in class program

  • Provide executive-level reporting on all aspects of production and sales

what we want you to have…

  • Minimum seven years of experience in translation industry in a client-centric environment

  • Strong leadership and executive reporting skills

  • Expertise in variety of life sciences project types, materials, and clinical documentation

  • Ability to develop systems and processes using a metrics-based methodology

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale account planning as the main point of contact

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

  • Verbal and written fluency in a foreign language a plus

  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution, Masters or MBA a plus

  • Advanced computing skills, Microsoft Office, including experience with CAT tools
