David Hunter

David Hunter has extensive work experience in the field of user experience (UX) and design. David began their career as an Information Architect/Consultant for various companies in New York City. In 2006, they worked as a Technology Project Specialist at Save the Children, where they designed and managed the development of multiple projects. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Lead Interaction Designer at Publicis Modem, conceptualizing complex business requirements and delivering creative UI designs for multiple consumer brands. David then joined Ryan Partnership as a Lead Interaction Designer, where they created digital strategies and designed interactive experiences for major consumer brands. In 2012, they started working at GE, initially as an Interaction Design Lead and later as a Team Leader, overseeing a team of Interaction Designers and managing UX projects for various GE businesses. David also worked at GE Digital as a Director of User Experience and was responsible for organizational strategies, defining UX title structures, and driving culture change through digital initiatives. Most recently, David joined Club Quarters Hotels as the Director of Guest Technology in 2022.

David Hunter attended the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management from 1996 to 1999. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems. Prior to their enrollment at the University of Arizona, David attended Hobart and William Smith Colleges from 1991 to 1992.
