Lucy Mott

Lucy Mott is a professional with extensive experience in managing customer operations and growing memberships within various organizations. Currently, Lucy holds the position of Customer Operations Manager at AAT and Membership Manager at The Chartered Quality Institute. In the past, Lucy has served as Membership Team Leader and Membership Officer at IOSH. Lucy holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Human Rights Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in International Law from the University of Leicester, as well as completing their third year of LLB (International) at Rhodes University.
